Closer to the water, the large hoist is visible, as are three people. According to the negative envelope, these individuals are "sweeping" and they are identified as Mr. N., Mr. D., and Mr. R. Mr. N. may be Charles Newman, First Assistant Light Keeper Mr. D. may be William Dodge, Second Assistant Light Keeper Mr. R. may be Fred Robbins, Principal Light Keeper The image appears to be slightly blurry.
