Poster for the Bar Harbor Horse Show. Poster is a Charles W. Holmes Lithograph depicting a woman with a light blue bonnet holding a parasol and holding a horse's face to her own. The Horse is poking its head out of a circle in the blank background of the print. Text of the poster reads: "Bar Harbor Horse Show Aug. 23, 24, 25 1910" In the lower left hand corner is the phrase "When Thoroughbreds Meet" and above that, next to the parasol tip, is Holmes' signature "Chas. Description:
Black and white photograph of the interior of the Congregational Church, Mount Desert Street, Bar Harbor. This church was built started in 1888 and completed in 1889. It was built by Asa D. Hodgkins, contractor, and designed by William Ralph Emerson, architect. It replaced an earlier building, called "The White Church" and burned in 1942.
