The house had a wood furnace until c. 1963. March 1941 1 - William “Bill” Carter (1941-) next to a fish trap. 2 - Mildred G. Description: The tractor is a Best 30 crawler tractor with open radiator sides, made in 1924-1925 as one of the last models made by the C.L. Best Tractor Company before it merged with Holt Manufacturing to become the Caterpillar Tractor Company.
