| Main Street from Cottage Street - View of the Bradley Block and the Rodick Hotel - Bar Harbor Southwest Harbor Public Library Description: The wood building at the left is the Bradley Block which was located between the First National and Bar Harbor Banks of 2007. Just visible on the awning is a mortar and pestle sign for a druggist. The building just to the right of the white store is A.W. Bee, Stationer. The large hotel at right was the Rodick House. The freshly renovated Rodick House is garnished with new trees planted and braced on the lawn. There are board sidewalks at the edge of the dirt road which, in turn, is garnished with manure from the many carriage horses shown in the picture. The sign at front lefts says, "Berry Bros. - Boarding Hack and Livery Stable - Cottage Street - Single & Double Teams Furnished Short Notice" The sign at front right says, "Café - John Dean - Phila Caterer - Chicken Croquettes - Medicated (?)
