The top shows significant signs of wear, including some graffiti and staining, but has been revarnished. The legs, trestle, and underside of the table are unvarnished. The table top is supported by naturally-formed wooden branches. This is one of two tables in the main area of the Fleet House, both of which are likely part of the original furnishings of the building. The other table is 2022X.02.012.

There are two drawers in the base, each of which originally had two drop pulls. This settee now (2023) has one handle (left) on the right drawer and none on the left. The blue upholstery on the seat and back is stained, and the wooden base shows sign of extensive wear. This settee is one of two and these appear in early photographs of the Fleet House. Stitches are in red and yellow thread, but colors may have faded; red stitches remain most true. The fabric is faded and there are holes at the corners. Made by Judith Somes in 1806. She was born September 16, 1796, married Capt. Eben Babson Sept. 11, 1815, and died Nov. 4, 1880. She is buried in Brookside Cemetery.
