Description: Photos. Collection of 19 small black and white, and family photos of Winslow Bunker (1912-1992) and family. Winslow was the son of Percy Bunker; he was grandson of Willis Bunker and Rena Stanley Bunker. Winslow married M. Rosalee (Rosie) (1919-1967). He served in WWII. People and places in several of the photos have been identified including: Winslow and Rosie Bunker, their house, Percy Bunker, Winslow's lobster boat, his dock, his dog Gus and cat Smokey. Description: In 1980 Robert Smallidge reprinted photographs of a 1917 canoe trip taken by Bob Smallidge and Charles Parker. Robert Smallidge prepared a typescript and albums for his family. This one was made as a gift for the Library.
Description: B/W Photograph of U.S. Navy Airship "Shenandoah" hovering off Bar Island in Frenchman's Bay (July 3/4, 1925). The vessel to the left is Harry Haskell's yacht "Vanda." Some months later the airship was destroyed by lightning in one of the central States of the USA.
