Description: Album, scrapbook: red and gold cardboard with elaborate impressed and raised decor. Handwritten inscription reads: "Presented to Ralph Preston Bulger by his mother, December 25th, 1893. Cranberry Isles, Maine, January 1st, 1893." Carefully placed and affixed items in the scrapbook include: high quality printed greeting cards, advertisements, postcards, floral prints, and other small lovely prints. Ralph Preston "Benny" Bulger lived in the house directly across from the Bunker Cemetery. Per Charlotte Harlan, he was a cousin of her mother's "who lived in the small part of the house behind the Commiskys' house." He would have been a youngster when this book was given to him.
