Reference on back pages to Somes' leasing of woolen mill to Richard Nanson (?) in 1879 -1883. Nanson was to agree to prohibit smoking on premises. May be a draft of a leasing agreement between Somes and Nanson (?) for operation of the woolen mill. Ledger begins in 1850 and continues to 1857. There is evidence of water damage around the edges of the documents. The name of Mr. John Kane's home in Bar Harbor is "Breakwater" so this file has been places with the rest of those materials. Kane's home in Bar Harbor was called "Breakwater".
