Lyon along Eden Street in Bar Harbor. The cottage was built in 1884 and was based on plans by William Ralph Emerson. The house was nearly identical to Brook End, which Emerson designed for Samuel Lyon in 1881. This house was occupied by John DeKoven, who called it Baymeath. When the DeKovens moved to Hulls Cove, they took the name with them. The house was then known as Shore Cottage, and later it was called Uferheim and owned by Uriel Crocker. It was built by John E.
