Includes annotations and drawings of the early history of the area. Mounted on board. Legend acknowledges L.S. Phillips (perhaps Lawrence Sims, hotelier), Joseph P. Sims (architect), and W.O. Sawtelle (local historian). Donor has other unmounted paper prints of this map which have not faded or yellowed like this one.
